Know Before You Go

• All bookings are non-refundable, but you can reschedule if you give at least 72 hours’ notice under the 'rebooking promise.'
• The minimum age is four months, and every passenger — including infants — must have a valid ticket.
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Each sailing requires at least eight passengers to run. If that number isn’t met, your booking will be moved to another date or time, and you’ll be contacted to confirm.
• Wheelchair users must be able to transfer independently to the seating area on board. Steps with handrails are available for access.
