Rafting in Trentino, Italy

The Experience

This experience is an exciting challenge where you will be accompanied by a professional instructor from FIRAFT. You will travel through the rapids of Mezzana, famous for the races of the Canoe Kayak World Championship in 1993 and having hosted numerous times for the Italian Championship of Canoe Kayak Slalom. Your experience will begin with a briefing on safety and the dizzying world of rafting. Then the experience allows you to enter the river for the first time and immediately feel the thrill of the most challenging rapids in the safety of a friendly experienced crew.

Important Information

The minimum age is 12 years. The weight limit is 100 Kg and you must know how to swim. Not recommended for pregnant women, for people with heart difficulties and those suffering from back problems.

The Weather

The rafting can be enjoyed in almost all weather conditions except extreme conditions. In that case, or in case of flooding, the experience will be postponed.

Session Length

This experience will last around 2 and a half hours.

Numbers

The price is per person, although you will be in groups of up to 8.

Spectators

Spectators are welcome.

What To Wear

You should wear sports shoes, gym shoes, swimsuit, towel.

Availability

This experience is available from May until September. There is high demand on weekends you are strongly advised to book 2 weeks in advance. Occasionally the experience can be cancelled at short notice, due to the systems of water management of the resort. We recommend that you contact the centre a few days before the date booked.
