Learn how to make artisanal gelato from scratch in a step-by-step process, in which you'll be the chef, not just a spectator. First you'll be introduced to the gelato universe, learning the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye to fresh fruit and organically-produced food. Then you'll be given an apron so you'll be ready to start preparing your gelato first hand.
