The Experience
A unique experience for children to experience intense emotions for two days in the castle!
The offer for 1 child and 2 adults includes:
- Overnight stay in Torre del Barbagianni suite;
- Single ticket for 2 adults and 1 child for: visits to Gropparello Castle, the Fairy Tales Park with adventure for the child;
- Lunch with menu at the Medieval Taverna (3 courses of your choice from the a la carte menu, drinks not included)
DAY 1: accommodation in the room, check-in start at 15:00; walk in the walkways of Gropparello Castle. A visit to the Rocca, the Romanesque Collegiate Church and the Geological Museum (very suitable for young students who are fond of fossils)
DAY 2: breakfast (recommended time 8.30 / 9.00). Breakfast is served in the room or on the terrace and is based on typical sweet or savory products, homemade pastries, juices, yoghurt and cafeteria.
10:00: start of the Gropparello Castle and Fairy Tale Park adventure where children will have a fantastic adventure with the knights, fighting against orcs and witches. You will have lunch at the Medieval Taverna with Matilda's Menu.
Check-out until 11:00 on the second day.
Important Information
Before entering the Fairy Tale Park, you must access the ticket office to deliver the voucher and take the entrance tickets to the Castle, the Fairy Tale Park and the Medieval Tavern. Take your tickets, you will meet with ladies and knights and an activity coordinator will be at your disposal to organize your day at the Fairy Tale Park.
The Weather
The experience is not depending on weather conditions. If guests stay for several days, there may also be the opportunity to explore other castles and villages and depending on the seasons you can go to vineyards and cellars, or to pick grapes, olives or apples, or even to follow small lessons about organic farming, or to get to know better the horses , understand their mentality and their behavior.
In every period of the year there are opportunities and emotions not to be missed!
